Abu Simbel Temple
Abu Simbel Temple consists of two massive ancient Egyptian temples carved into the rock, located on the western bank of Lake Nasser, about 230 km southwest of Aswan. The complex was built in the 13th century BCE during the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II.
Abu Simbel was constructed to commemorate Ramesses II and his wife, Queen Nefertari, as well as to celebrate Ramesses II’s victory at the Battle of Kadesh.
The Great Temple is dedicated to the gods Ra-Horakhty, Ptah, and Amun, as well as to Ramesses II himself. The temple façade is adorned with four colossal statues of Ramesses II, each about 20 meters tall. These statues depict the pharaoh seated on a throne, wearing the double crown of Upper and Lower Egypt. Between the legs of the statues are smaller statues of the pharaoh’s family members.
The Small Temple is dedicated to the goddess Hathor and Queen Nefertari. Its façade features six statues: two of Ramesses II and two of Nefertari. The statues of Ramesses and Nefertari are the same height, emphasizing the queen’s high status.
In the 1960s, the construction of the Aswan High Dam threatened to submerge the temples. To save this priceless heritage, an unprecedented international operation under UNESCO’s supervision was carried out. The temples were dismantled into thousands of blocks, each weighing up to 30 tons, and relocated 65 meters higher and 200 meters further from the shore. They were then reassembled, and an artificial hill was built around them. This project is considered one of the greatest engineering achievements in archaeology.
Today, Abu Simbel is one of Egypt’s most popular tourist attractions and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visitors are drawn not only by its monumentality but also by a unique astronomical phenomenon. 🌞 Twice a year, on February 22 and October 22, sunlight penetrates the heart of the Great Temple and illuminates the statues of the gods inside the sanctuary.

"We offer some of the lowest prices for tours while guaranteeing high quality. We work directly with the largest tour operators in Egypt, allowing us to avoid middlemen and provide you with the best possible deals. When you book with us, you enjoy excellent service without any extra costs. ✨"
"Comfort and Safety on the Road 🚐 Your journey will be as comfortable and safe as possible, as we use only reliable transportation. Our fleet includes cars, minivans, and modern buses, equipped with everything you need—from air conditioning to onboard toilets on long routes. All our vehicles undergo regular technical and sanitary inspections and have all the necessary permits. For your peace of mind, drivers are required to pass a check with the tourist police before each long trip."
**"Book Without Prepayment 💼 We operate on a post-payment system: for group tours, you pay on the bus at the start of the trip. You don’t need to worry about handing over money in advance—our staff will come directly to you. The only exceptions are private tours and those that require advance purchase of plane tickets or official documents. Payment can be made in cash in USD, EUR, or Egyptian Pounds. For your convenience, we also offer payment before the tour via bank transfer in RUB,or EUR, as well as via a crypto wallet in USDT at the current exchange rate."**
**"Egyptian laws strictly regulate the tourism sector. For any transportation—whether a bus or a yacht—to be allowed to depart, organizers must obtain daily approval from the police and the military. Operating without a tourism license is not possible. For this reason, we may require copies of your passports or vouchers for certain tours. This mainly applies to sea trips in Hurghada, as well as private and some group tours that involve travel outside the city. For other tours, a group permit is sufficient, and your passport details are not needed."**
"Your Insurance Coverage ✅ Some hotel staff may say that insurance does not cover tours purchased from third-party companies. This is not correct. Your travel insurance, obtained for your trip to Egypt, is valid throughout the country, regardless of who organizes your activities. Moreover, any official tour operator bears full insurance responsibility for passengers during the trip, whether by bus or by boat. Without this coverage, they simply would not receive the necessary permit to conduct the tour."
**"We often remind our tourists to make sure nothing is left behind after the tours. Unfortunately, if you forget something, recovering it can be difficult, as all vehicles immediately go for cleaning, and Egyptian logistics have their own particularities. Of course, we always try to help in locating lost items, but we cannot guarantee 100% success. If the item is found, delivery will cost you $5–10. Please be careful and do not forget your belongings. 👜"**
**"We receive a large number of requests, so most of our tours run daily or according to a strict schedule. We will inform you of the exact departure time from your hotel immediately after booking. 🕘 Often, you will join small groups for tours where other tourists booked through different operators. The only difference is that our price is 40–60% lower. We work with the best organizers who conduct all major tours in Hurghada for tourists."**
**"Please note that photographers on tours are independent professionals who work for themselves or a photo studio. They are not affiliated with our service or the tour organizers. 📷 All photography terms and payments are arranged directly with the photographer. We advise being careful when making any prepayments and to obtain all photographer contact details in advance. If you do not plan to use the photographer's services, please inform them at the very beginning to avoid any misunderstandings."**
