Book with No Prepayment We work on a post-payment basis: you pay for group excursions right on the bus at the start of the trip. No need to worry about finding someone to give the money to — our staff will come to you. The only exceptions are private tours or those that require advance plane tickets or document processing. You can pay in cash — USD, EUR, or EGP. For extra convenience, we also offer pre-payment via bank transfer in RUB, or EUR, or to a crypto wallet in USDT at the current rate. 💳✨

Egyptian law strictly regulates tourism. For any transport (bus or yacht) to be allowed to depart, organizers must get daily approval from the police and military — which is impossible without a tourism license. That’s why for some tours we may need copies of your passports or vouchers — mainly for boat trips in Hurghada, as well as private and certain group tours that go outside the city. For most other excursions, only a group permit is required, so your passport details are not needed. 📜✅

Your insurance is valid Some hotel guides may claim that your insurance doesn’t cover excursions booked through other companies — this is not true. Your travel insurance, purchased for your trip to Egypt, is valid throughout the entire country, no matter who organizes your activities. In addition, any official tour operator is fully insured and responsible for passengers during the trip — whether on a bus or a yacht. Without this, they wouldn’t even receive the necessary permit to run the excursion. 🛡️✅

We always remind our guests to double-check their belongings after excursions. Unfortunately, if you leave something behind, getting it back can be difficult — the vehicles are sent for cleaning right away, and logistics in Egypt can be tricky. Of course, we’ll do our best to help you find your item, but we can’t guarantee 100% success. If it is found, delivery will cost $5–10. Please be careful and don’t forget your things. 👜🔑
