Book Without Prepayment We work on a post-payment basis: you pay for group excursions directly on the bus at the start of the trip. There’s no need to look for someone to give the money to in advance — our staff will come to you. The only exceptions are private tours and those that require pre-purchased plane tickets or document arrangements. You can pay in cash in USD, EUR, or Egyptian pounds. For your convenience, we also offer payment before the excursion via bank transfer in RUB, UAH, or EUR, as well as to a crypto wallet in USDT at the current exchange rate.

Egyptian laws strictly regulate the tourism industry. For any transport (whether a bus or a yacht) to be allowed to depart, organizers must obtain daily approval from the police and military. Without a tourism license, this is impossible. This is why for some excursions we may need copies of your passports or vouchers. This mainly applies to sea trips in Hurghada, as well as private and certain group tours that go outside the city. For other excursions, only a group permit is required, and your passport details are not needed.

Your Insurance Is Valid Some hotel guides may say that your insurance does not cover excursions booked with third-party companies. This is not true. Your travel insurance purchased for your trip to Egypt is valid throughout the country, regardless of who organizes your leisure activities. In addition, any official organizer bears full insurance responsibility for passengers during the trip, whether on a bus or a boat. Otherwise, they simply would not receive the required permit to operate the excursion.

We often remind tourists that it is important not to forget anything after excursions. Unfortunately, if you leave something behind, it can be difficult to retrieve, as all vehicles go straight for cleaning, and Egyptian logistics have their own specifics. Of course, we always try to help find lost items, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% success. If the item is found, delivery will cost you $5–10. Please be attentive and make sure not to forget your belongings.
