Booking and Payment
π΅ To allow us enough time to prepare documents and purchase flight tickets, the tour must be booked at least 2 days before the trip. During high season, we recommend booking a week in advance.
βοΈ Prepayment of $100 is required to confirm the booking. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation, as it goes toward purchasing the flight ticket. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour.
To arrange permits and buy tickets, please send us passport photos of all participants in advance.
βοΈ Important Information
βοΈ Flight tickets and delays: We purchase tickets for available charter flights on your chosen date. Sometimes evening flights can be delayed, so we recommend bringing a light snack, as there are no full-service cafés at Cairo Airport.
Program β2: If there are too few people in your group choosing Program β2, and most participants choose Program β1, the extended program may be canceled. In this case, we will refund the price difference.
ποΈ Souvenirs: Guides may offer you souvenirs or other items to buy. This is common practice in Egypt, but please note that we are not responsible for the quality or prices of these goods.
We offer some of the lowest prices for excursions while guaranteeing high quality. We work directly with the largest tour operators in Egypt, which allows us to avoid middlemen and offer you the best deals. You book with us and get excellent service without overpaying.
Comfort and Safety on the Road Your trip will be as comfortable and safe as possible because we use only trusted transportation. Our fleet includes cars, minivans, and modern buses equipped with everything you need β from air conditioning to onboard toilets for long routes. All our vehicles undergo regular technical and sanitary inspections and have all the required permits. And for your peace of mind, before each long trip, our drivers undergo a mandatory check by the tourist police.
Book with No Prepayment We work on a post-payment system: you pay for group excursions directly on the bus at the start of the trip. Thereβs no need to worry about sending money in advance β our staff will approach you personally. The only exceptions are private tours or those requiring advance purchase of plane tickets or permits. You can pay in cash in USD, EUR, or Egyptian pounds. For your convenience, we also offer payment before the tour via bank transfer in RUB, UAH, or EUR, as well as to a crypto wallet in USDT at the current exchange rate.
Egyptian law strictly regulates the tourism industry. For any vehicle (whether a bus or a yacht) to be allowed to depart, organizers must obtain police and military approval every day. Without a valid tourism license, this is impossible. That is why for some excursions we may need copies of your passports or hotel vouchers. This mainly applies to sea trips in Hurghada, as well as private and some group tours that go outside the city. For other excursions, a group permit is sufficient, and no passport details are required.
Your insurance is valid Some hotel guides may tell you that insurance does not cover excursions purchased from third-party companies. This is not true. Your travel insurance, purchased for your trip to Egypt, is valid throughout the country regardless of who organizes your leisure activities. In addition, any official tour operator bears full insurance responsibility for passengers during the trip, whether on a bus or on a boat. Otherwise, they would simply not receive the required permission to operate the excursion.
We often remind tourists that it is very important not to forget anything after excursions. Unfortunately, if you leave something behind, it can be difficult to get it back, as all transport goes straight for cleaning, and Egyptian logistics have their own specifics. Of course, we always try to help search for lost items, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% success. If the item is found, its delivery will cost you $5β10. Please be careful and make sure you donβt leave your belongings behind.
We receive many requests, so most of our excursions take place daily or according to a strict schedule. We will inform you of the exact departure time from your hotel right after booking. Often, you will go on excursions as part of small groups, together with tourists who booked tours from other operators. The only difference is that our price is 40β60% lower. We work with the best organizers who conduct all the main excursions in Hurghada for tourists.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the photographers on the excursions are independent professionals who work for themselves or for photo studios. They are not affiliated with our service or the tour organizers. All arrangements for photo sessions and payments are made directly with the photographer. We recommend being careful when making advance payments and getting all the photographerβs contact information beforehand. If you do not plan to use the photographerβs services, please inform them at the very beginning to avoid any misunderstandings.
