Book with No Prepayment We work on a post-payment system: you pay for group excursions directly on the bus at the start of the trip. There’s no need to look for someone to hand the money to in advance — our representative will approach you personally. The only exceptions are private tours and those that require advance purchase of flight tickets or special permits. Payment can be made in cash — in USD, EUR, or Egyptian pounds. For your convenience, we also offer prepayment via bank transfer in RUB, or EUR, as well as to a crypto wallet in USDT at the current exchange rate.

Egyptian laws strictly regulate the tourism sector. 🏛️ For any vehicle — whether a bus or a yacht — to receive clearance for departure, organizers must obtain daily approval from both the police and the military. Without a valid tourism license, this process is simply not possible. That’s why, for some excursions, we may need copies of your passports or vouchers. 🛂 This primarily applies to sea trips in Hurghada, as well as private and certain group tours that involve traveling outside the city. For most other excursions, a group permit is sufficient, and your passport details are not required.

Your insurance is valid 🛡️ Some hotel guides might tell you that your insurance does not cover excursions booked through third-party companies — this is not true. Your travel insurance, purchased for your trip to Egypt, is valid throughout the entire country, regardless of who organizes your leisure activities. Moreover, any licensed tour operator carries full insurance responsibility for passengers during the trip — whether on a bus or a boat. Without this, they simply would not receive the required permission to conduct the excursion.

We always remind our guests how important it is not to leave anything behind after the excursion. Unfortunately, if you forget something, retrieving it can be quite difficult, as all vehicles go for cleaning immediately, and local logistics can be challenging. Of course, we always do our best to help you recover lost items, but we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate. If your item is found, its return will cost between $5–10. Please be careful and double-check your belongings before leaving.

They are not affiliated with our service or the tour organizers. All terms of photography and payment are discussed directly with the photographer. If you do not plan to use the photographer’s services, please inform them at the very beginning to avoid any misunderstanding.
