And for your peace of mind, before each long trip, the drivers pass a mandatory check by the tourist police.

Book without prepayment We work on a post-payment basis: you pay for group tours on the bus at the start of the trip. You don’t need to worry about finding someone to give the money to in advance — our staff will approach you themselves. The only exceptions are private tours and those that require advance purchase of plane tickets or document processing. You can pay in cash in USD, EUR, or Egyptian pounds. For your convenience, we also offer payment before the tour via bank transfer in rubles, hryvnias, or euros, as well as to a crypto wallet in USDT at the current exchange rate.

Egyptian laws strictly regulate tourism to ensure your safety. Before any transport — whether a bus or a yacht — can depart, organizers must receive daily approval from the police and military. This is only possible with a valid tourism license, so you can be sure your trip is fully authorized. For some tours, we may need copies of your passports or vouchers to obtain these permits. This mostly applies to sea trips in Hurghada, as well as private and certain group tours outside the city. For most other excursions, a group permit is enough, so no passport details are required.

Your insurance is valid Some hotel guides may claim that your insurance does not cover excursions purchased from third-party companies. This is not true. Your travel insurance, purchased for your trip to Egypt, is valid throughout the entire country, regardless of who organizes your activities. In addition, any official tour operator bears full insurance responsibility for passengers during the trip — whether on a bus or on a boat. Otherwise, they simply would not receive the required permit to run the tour.

We always remind our guests how important it is not to forget anything after the tour. Unfortunately, if you do leave something behind, it can be difficult to retrieve, as all vehicles go straight for cleaning and Egyptian logistics can be challenging. Of course, we will always do our best to help you find your item, but we cannot guarantee 100% success. If the item is found, delivery will cost $5–10. Please be careful and make sure you take all your belongings with you.

We receive many bookings, so most of our tours run daily or according to a strict schedule. We will inform you of the exact pick-up time from your hotel right after you make a reservation. In many cases, you will join a small group where other travelers may have booked through different tour operators. The only difference is that our price is 40–60% lower. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that photographers on excursions are independent professionals who work for themselves or for photo studios. They are not connected with our service or the tour organizers. All shooting and payment terms should be discussed directly with the photographer. We recommend being cautious when making any prepayment and making sure you receive the photographer’s contact details in advance. If you do not plan to use the photographer’s services, please let them know at the very beginning to avoid any misunderstandings.
